Dr. Nathan Edmundson's approach

There are many people struggling to make progress in life who might not necessarily have a mental health diagnosis. Though they may not consider themselves very anxious or depressed, they are dissatisfied with their lack of progress. They want to be somewhere different or behave different, but they feel stuck and unsuccessful. They would like someone to coach them toward success, whether it be in losing weight, having a better relationship with their spouse, making advancements in their career, or reaching some other life goal. To me, success is defined as moving closer to the person you want to be and living the life you desire. There are principles and techniques that have been found to be effective in helping people do just that. If you aren't content and want help toward improvement, please don't hesitate to contact me.
